1. Acceptance
By using any tool on https://toolizto.com("Toolizto", "we", "us"), operated by Burak İbaoğlu, an individual developer based in Turkey, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. What Toolizto is
Toolizto is a collection of free, browser-based utilities (word counter, invoice generator, AI token cost calculator, and more over time). Some tools offer an optional one-time "Pro" unlock for additional features, sold and billed through Lemon Squeezy. Free features remain free and are not a limited trial.
3. No professional advice
Tools like the invoice generator and the AI token cost calculator produce estimates and documents for convenience — they are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Invoicing rules (numbering, e-invoicing mandates, tax details) and AI provider pricing vary and change; verify anything that matters against the official source or a qualified professional before relying on it.
4. Your content
Text, prompts, invoice details, and any other input you type into a tool are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers or stored by us. You're responsible for the content you enter and for keeping your own copies (e.g. downloaded PDFs) — clearing your browser data clears anything a tool saved locally.
5. Payments & refunds
Pro unlocks are one-time purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their checkout terms apply to the transaction itself. Refund requests are honored within 14 days, no questions asked of purchase — email [email protected] with your order details.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, reverse engineer beyond what applicable law allows, or use Toolizto for anything unlawful.
7. "As is", no warranty
Toolizto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $0 for free-tier use).
8. Changes
We may update these terms as tools and providers change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
