Will the PDF be the same size on my phone as on a desktop?

Yes, and that is the point. The invoice is always laid out at true A4 (210 × 297 mm) or US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) regardless of your screen. The preview simply scales that fixed sheet down to fit your display — it never re-flows the layout — and the PDF is generated from the document at its natural size. A phone, a tablet and a 5K monitor all produce an identical file, with identical page breaks.

What happens with long invoices that don't fit on one page?

They paginate properly. Line items are never cut in half by a page break, the column header repeats at the top of each continuation page, and every page is numbered “Page 1 of 3”. The page count you see in the preview is exactly what you get in the PDF and on paper.

Where is my invoice data stored?

Only in your browser, on your device. Client names, amounts, bank details and your logo are never uploaded to a server — the PDF is generated locally by your own browser. How do I download the invoice as a PDF?

Click "Download PDF". You get a clean file at exact paper size with no browser-added headers, footers, dates or page URLs. Use "Print" separately if you want a paper copy from the browser print dialog.

Can I add my own logo, tax rate and currency?

Yes. Upload a logo (it stays on your device), set any tax percentage with your own label — VAT, GST, KDV, Sales tax — apply a percentage or fixed-amount discount, add bank or IBAN details, and choose from 35 currencies. What is the scan-to-pay QR code?

It can carry a SEPA credit transfer (the EPC069-12 format that European banking apps read natively, pre-filling your IBAN, the amount and the invoice reference) or any payment link such as a Stripe or PayPal page. Clients pay by pointing their phone at the invoice, which is the single most effective way to get paid sooner.

Can I record a deposit or part-payment?

Yes, with Pro. Enter the amount already paid and the invoice shows the total, the amount received and the remaining balance due — the standard way to bill retainers and milestones.
